1. Standard Post
Shipping within Singapore (domestic/local)
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days. All local shipping is free and sent via registered mail. A tracking number will be provided once shipment has been made.
International Shipping (to all other countries, outside of Singapore)
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days via
- Singpost AirMail (registered)
- For purchases below SGD$180, shipping fee will be a fixed rate of SGD$20
- Purchases above SGD$180 shipping is free!
- Parcels will be tracked to ensure you get your gear
- Shipment duration varies from country to country (ranges between 4-15days dependent on country)
- For larger heavier orders your shipment may be broken up to reduce the shipping costs.
Should your order be returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if it is left unclaimed, the customer will have to pay for full postage cost of redelivery. To avoid any delays, please ensure that a representative is present at the specified delivery address during working hours to sign for your parcel. Please note that any taxes or customs fees regards to your purchase as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer.
2. Express Delivery (Domestic/Local)
Express delivery is available at an additional shipping fee of range SGD10-20, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Same day delivery is possible provided the order of purchase is made before 11.00am Singapore time.
Next day delivery is possible provided the order of purchase is made before 3.00pm Singapore time.
Orders of purchase made after 3.00pm Singapore time will be delivered within 2 working days after the purchase date.
3. Express Delivery (International)
International express delivery is currently not available.
We apologise but rest assured we are working on making International Express Delivery available very soon!
*Note. There may be periods within the year where shipping may be delayed due to a temporary closure of the online delivery department. However, this will be notified to all exisiting customers prior and clearly communicated through all our medias (website and social media). Alternative options for self-pickup can be arranged.
